Jeff Humphrey, Chief Operating Officer for The Boedecker Foundation, visited the Chimoza Community School in Ndola Zambia on June 12th.
The school was created and is operated by The "Q" Fund, a social enterprise with the mission of implementing sustainable educational solutions to eradicate poverty and illness among millions of vulnerable children in sub-Saharan Africa who are at high risk of not having access to education and vocational training. The "Q" Fund works in 5 countries and helps many children, widows and the under privileged. They partner with locals to insure success of all projects. They build community schools, dig wells for clean accessible water, teach sanitation and hygiene, speak the truth about HIV and AIDS and connect individuals with health care professionals for treatment.
The Boedecker Foundation supports The "Q" Fund and its goal of providing education and sustainable solutions to children and communities orphaned by the AIDS virus insub-Saharan Africa.
