Lake Eldora Racing Team Association is a youth program dedicated to developing confidence, integrity and sportsmanship through alpine skiing, snowboarding and cycling. Athletes develop the necessary skills for success in sport, life and community.
Lake Eldora Racing Team (LERT) has a proven track record to change young athletes' lives through alpine sports, "One Turn at a Time", building the necessary self-confidence skills to become champion in life.

Current Program Activities include: Alpine Skiing, Alpine Snowboarding, Mountain Bike Programs and Fitness Conditioning/Health and Wellness youth programs.

Their goal is to provide an exceptional youth program for athletes with diverse abilities in skiing, snowboarding and cycling. To create an athlete-centered environment that fosters competition, personal responsibility, sportsmanship, hard work and confidence. Their organization is dedicated to providing opportunities and inspiring our athletes to attain their goals with exuberance.
