The Credit Valley Hospital Foundation incorporated in 1980 immediately began to raise funds to build The Credit Valley Hospital. The hospital provides a broad spectrum of clinical services including general medicine, surgery, emergency ,mental health, continuing care/rehabilitation, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, cardiac services and a network of support departments.

The Boedecker Foundation supports the mission and vision of the Credit Valley Hospital Foundation and has made this grant in memory of Alexander Murray Pace. Alex passed away at the age of 11 following a two year battle with cancer. Alex received extensive treatment and support while under the care of Dr. Ann Baylis and the staff at the Credit Valley Hospital.
